Delivery and Returns



We deliver 7 days a week excluding bank holidays.

Our delivery lead time is 7-10 working days.

A delivery date will be confirmed once we have received your order and a sample of the fabric/colour of your chosen fabric will be posted out for approval.

A 4-hour slot will be provided before the delivery day.


Please note - We will do our utmost to meet our quoted timescales but this can change due to product range and delivery location.

This will be agreed with you beforehand.

Customers must be available at the delivery address to accept the order.

It is essential that you carefully measure where your furniture will be placed and the route to get it there. It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into your home.

If you are not available to accept the delivery on the delivery day and 4 hour slot we have agreed with you, we reserve the right to charge a fee of £65 for redelivery. 


Every item of furniture made by Bedssia is made-to-order and individual to your specifications, for this reason, we don't accept returns unless items are faulty or incorrect.

In cases where a return is requested (Faulty or incorrect) the collection will be facilitated at a time that suits our delivery schedule.

If an item is returned, we will process the refund once we receive your return into stock. 

You will be refunded on the original card or payment method that you used to place the order within 10 working days.
