Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages or injury,  that result from your use of this website, including any damages or injury caused be any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, computer virus, line failure or other computer malfunction. You acknowledge that we provide the contents of this website on a “as is” basis with no warranties of any kind. Your use of this website is solely at your own risk.

Warranty

All our beds are guaranteed against structural defects and manufacturing faults for 12 months (domestic use only) from the date of purchase. Exclusions apply.

Our warranty excludes fabric damage, deterioration or staining, accidental or deliberate damage and does not extend to Trade orders.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you wish to make a claim you will need to email us with;

​

a) Proof of purchase

b) Photographs of the full product and the area that displays the issue you are concerned about

Once your claim has been received we will reply with confirmation of the next steps.

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will repair the relevant defect or replace the product. The customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.

We will pay for shipment of repaired products to customer.
